The work

Chai Churri & Prantha is a small Punjabi café in Craigieburn, open around the clock, serving chai, parathas and churi the way they’re made at home. Our work was the brand identity, the website, print, the Square setup, and the search and AI-answer groundwork that helps people find it.

The identity keeps the café’s Punjabi roots visible — a Gurmukhi tagline sits beneath the English name — and is built to read the same on screen and in print.

The website tells the café’s story, shows the menu, and makes the address, hours and phone number easy to find, with online ordering through Square. Behind it, the search and AI-answer setup is there so the café turns up when someone searches, or asks an assistant, for chai and parathas nearby.
