The work

Billing & Co is a boutique estate agency on St Kilda Road, competing with much larger names for inner-city listings. The scope was the brand identity and the website.

The identity leans on restraint — a quiet wordmark, generous space, one considered accent — so the properties do the talking. It’s recognised across listings, signboards, brochures and social without shouting.

The website is built around the listings and the people behind them: quick to scan, calm to read, and simple for the team to keep current.
